Prices are quoted in Swiss francs, net amounts, tax included and guaranteed.

 

Availability

All our articles are unique, in case of computer error resulting in a double order of the same article, it will be delivered to the first person who ordered it and we will inform the second customer as soon as possible.

Delivery and transport

Available items are mailed out within approximately 5-8 days. NOTE: Kickout does not deliver its parcels in P.O. Box and does not deliver any goods to a minor or under guardianship customer, unless authorized in writing by the parents or guardian.

 

Return or exchange of goods

Items must be returned intact and complete including labels with their references within 7 days of receipt of your package.In the case of an exchange order, the shipping costs of your new order are offered to you.

In case of a return without exchange, the amount of the returned goods will be refunded in the form of a voucher in the Kickout shop.

 

Legal guarantees

Check the condition of the goods delivered without delay to rule out obvious material and manufacturing defects, as well as damage due to transport. In accordance with the law, you are obliged to inform us of any defect or anomaly affecting the delivered goods in order to enable us to remedy it. 

 

Data protection

All personal data will be considered confidential. The information necessary for the management of the order will be processed by computer and may be communicated to associated companies as part of the management of the order.

Applicable law and legal form

The applicable law is Swiss law, and any dispute will be dealt with by the district court of Sarine.
